How to reach Abbaye de Neumünster:

By car:

It is recommended to use a car park in the city center of Luxembourg or the car park "Brasserie" of the "Rives de Clausen". From the car park "Saint Esprit" - first car park in the city center after the Viaduct (Old Bridge) - there is an elevator leading to the downtown district "Grund". Arrived at the "Grund floor", leave the tunnel and cross the small bridge ahead, then turn left into the Münster street. The CCRN is located at the end of this street. From the car park "Brasserie" of the clubbing district "Rives de Clausen", take the Tour Jacob street up to the stairs of the Wenzel Walk, which brings you down to the Neumünster Abbey.

By car:

Kennedy. “Trois Glands” (350 parking spaces) open 7 days a week around the clock. The gateway is on the Avenue John F. Kennedy, at the end of the tunnel next to the square de l´Europe, or at the end of the Fort Thüngen street.

By bus:

Buses number 1, 13, 16 and Eurobus. Stop: Philharmonie-Mudam. Cross the square de l´Europe. Bus 16: runs every 10 minutes for the airport on working days, every 20 minutes on Saturday and every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays. Standard bus ticket costs 1.50€. By taxi:
From Findel airport to the venue costs around 30-35€ depending on the traffic and about 15-20€ from the train station Hémicycle. Hémicycle Européen is only 7Km from Findel Luxembourg airport and only 1,5 Km from the historical centre of the city. Distances by road to major cities are: Trèves-35 km Brussels-177 km, Paris-294 km, Amsterdam-301 km, Frankfurt-184 km and Strasbourg-164 km. London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Zurich and Berlin are only an hour away by plane. The high speed train takes you to Paris in 2h05min.
12th IOS World Congress 2012

Arrival

The congress will be opened on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Hémicycle Européen. From Friday to Sunday, May 11 - 13, 2012, the congress will take place at the Abbaye de Neumünster. There is the possibility to book a 5-day-ticket for public transport in Luxembourg.
